Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Notion CRM Sidebar Chrome extension and related services ("the Service") provided by Purple Cactus Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

The Service is a Chrome extension that connects Gmail with Notion databases. You may use the Service for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the Extension or your license key.

License

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for the duration of your active subscription. Your license key is tied to your email address and may not be shared.

Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled
• To cancel, email hello@purplecactus.io and we will cancel before your next billing date
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Notion API token and license key. You must comply with Notion's and Google's terms of service when using the Extension.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Extension depends on third-party services (Notion API, Gmail) which are outside our control. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service changes or outages.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Cactus Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your license if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@purplecactus.io.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
